We tested the Warne Torque wrench against our shop calibrated 3/8" drive in.-lb torque wrench, and can safely say the Warne works as advertised. The Warne model we received was calibrated spot-on with our $300 torque wrench. The Warne slipped at 26 in-lbs, and held at 24 in-lbs.
At an average street price of $15 to $20 the Warne is a pretty good deal. The torque specs for a T-15 fastener into steel appear to be approx. 6.4 Nm, or 56 in-lbs. With a setting of 25 in-lbs on the Warne, you are quite a ways from stripping out steel fasteners. If you are threading into aluminum, you'll need to look for specs for your application.
