Check this out.  The shooter was OK, but this is pretty amazing.  The steel was set at a 45 degree angle, which likely caused this.  FYI all of the steel used in our matches is set at 0 degrees, and most of it is hung from flexible belting which would fully prevent this type of ricochet.
